Test Before You Ingest

We should be able to trust lab results on all CBD products that make it to market. Unfortunately, loose standards regarding CBD products’ safety and efficacy have left consumers and retailers vulnerable to misleading claims and poor standards of testing.

Until we have a strong regulatory body demanding stricter standards, CBD products may be tainted or mislabelled. In light of several class action lawsuits and disturbing exposés, TCIA urges all CBD retailers across the state to independently test samples of products before selling them.
